Herlong & Associates Interior Architecture

I've seriously contemplated going back for more schooling in architecture and interior design when my kids are older (like I've not had enough, already!). After you see some of these beautiful shots, you might see why it entices me so.

Herlong & Associates is another architecture firm in Charleston, SC. I hunt for things to share with you that aren't already out there floating around the blog-o-sphere, and this is a jewel. I think you'll agree with me. Check out some of these spaces:

How fantastic is this master bath?

These colors and use of wood are such a cozy classic for the low country area.

If I had to guess, that is either BM Woodlawn Blue, Yarmouth Blue, or Brittany Blue. Obviously I've spent WAY too much time staring at those colors!

The architectural detail here makes me drool! Amazing!

I'll take one of these, please.

Check out that ceiling!

Luxe and calm at the same time. Oooh la la!

This may be a master bath, but it could double as my kitchen!

Loving that chandelier with it's hint of aqua, the taupes, creams, and driftwood grays.

Check out those mismatched pendants. Great for conversation and to shake up the expected.

Simplicity!

I can't decide what to look at first!

Soft, calm and textured.

I have more to share with you from this firm, but wanted to break it up some. I'm not giving the link so it can be a surprise. Don't worry, on the following posts, I'll give it so you can go check out all their wonderful work. Until tomorrow....

  5. Absolutely awesome photos! How I wish I could just incorporate them into a house of my own. :-) Love the windows in the master bath, renewed my interest in the octogonal dining room in my "dream house" and the high windows above the fireplace in another picture definitely makes we want to tweak the existing high window in my "dream house". HA! Like someone else said, I'm drooling....Looking forward to whatever else you might dig up. It is like looking at Southern Living, but even better!
